REAL LIFE DISCIPLESHIP

The purpose of this important training for Discipleship Ministry Leaders (Small Group Leaders and Coaches, Support Ministry Leaders and all Ministry Team Leaders) is to "equip disciples who make disciples." This course is offered in the fall and spring semesters and delves into understanding the spiritual growth stages that disciples grow through. Included is helpful knowledge on how to encourage spiritual next steps in their group or team members and how to intentionally lead a disciple-making group.
