Lead Pastor
Marty Shea

Marty and his wife, Ronda, have pastored and planted churches in Pennsylvania and Florida and have lived in the central Florida area for over 27 years. Marty is a graduate of Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, and attended the School of Theology, Anderson, IN. He has pastored Village View Community Church since its beginning over thirteen years ago.

Pastor of Discipleship and Care Groups
Ronda Shea

Ronda oversees the discipleship ministry at Village View Church by providing leadership support to Care Group Leaders and Discipleship Ministry teachers, mentors, and leaders. She is a graduate of Thiel College in Greenville, PA, with a bachelor's degree in Christian Education and previously taught in the Marion County Public School System for 18 years before joining the Village View staff full-time.

Ronda and Marty have three grown children and 12 grandchildren. They reside in Del Webb Spruce Creek Country Club in Summerfield.

Executive Pastor
Danny Posada

Pastor Danny and his wife, Linda, met in high school in Miami and were married in 1974. Danny graduated in Accounting and Finance from Florida International University and worked in that field throughout his college experience. Linda received her degree from FIU also in the area of Elementary Education with an emphasis in Music and Math. They were called into pastoral ministry in 1976 after serving in youth ministry.

The couple has pastored in Virginia, Canada, Florida and California. Danny then served as an administrator and faculty member in Christian universities in Redding, CA and Lake Wales, FL. During this time he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Anderson University in IN. They have two grown sons who both reside in CA.

Executive Operations Pastor
Doug Napier

Pastor Doug married his high school sweetheart, Amy. They have two boys: Josiah and Ayden. Doug earned his Bachelors in Ministerial Studies and has been in ministry since 1998 having pastored in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Pastor Doug gives oversight to the operations and administration of Village View Church.

Outreach and Missions Pastor
Jack Guerra

Jack and his wife, Gina, have four children: Joey, Maddy, Sophia, and Dominic. Jack serves as the Ministries Pastor. Jack is a third generation pastor and graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, with a Practical Ministries degree with emphasis in Church Ministries and a minor in Psychology.
Jack oversees the community outreach ministries led by Village View volunteers and also Village View's involvement in and support of several national and foreign missions. He is also spear-heading the development of a satellite campus south of The Villages. Jack has been in full-time ministry since 1991 and has been a Youth Pastor for 18 years. He has served in Ohio, Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina.

Pastor of Fellowship/Pastoral Care
Herb Rowan

Herb is the Pastoral Fellowship and Pastoral Care on staff and oversees the congregational needs and support groups. Herb and his wife Cathy have two sons: David and Daniel.
Herb graduated from Nyack College with a degree in Psychology and holds two Masters Degrees- a Master in Counseling from Oakland University and a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theology Seminary. Herb joined the staff at Village View in 2006.

Worship Pastor
Craig Eason

Craig Eason serves as Worship Pastor for Village View Church. A graduate of University of Florida with a degree in Music Composition/Fine Arts/Music Education, Craig taught Band in an area middle school for ten years before becoming a full-time staff member at VVCC. Craig and his wife, Veronica (the art teacher at Harbor View Elementary next to the church) are the parents of two grown daughters and have two grandchildren. Craig has been on staff at VVCC for six years.

Director of Children & Family Ministries
Diane Kitts

Diane coordinates the educational ministry for infants through Grade 6. She is an experienced Children's Minister, having worked with children in the local church setting for over 20 years. Diane and her husband, Richard, have attended Village View Church for ten years. They have two grown children, Amy and Ben, and one grandchild.
